Our speciality is virtual tours for Estate Agents. There are numerous options including interactive floor plans, pdf downloads, email/web links. and more, and all of our tours are available in Java or Flash.

Our most popular virtual tour is the interactive i-plan.

The i-plan is a one-stop solution to property marketing. It utilises a blend of 360 images, still photos, and floor plans to give your prospective client a real feel for the property. The viewing window will be designed to match your existing website and company colours and logo etc, so it seamlessy integrates with your own website.
We can produce eye-catching colour floor plans to use in the tour, or if you already have your own, we should be able to use them. The text area changes with the scene, enabling you to describe each room individually, and links can be included for websites, email enquiries and .pdf downloads. The viewing 'radar' is an excellent tool for relating the scene to its position in the property and each tour can contain any number of scenes from 3 to 30!
All tours are individually designed, so you can have them as simple or detailed as you like, but whichever you choose, they're all made to be easy to use and navigate.

We are happy to supply the still photos free of charge for use in your printed brochures and website, if taken during the shooting of one of our virtual tours.
We will also make the necessary arrangements directly with the vendor if required, saving you time and money.

Newly available is the Full screen i-plan.

Along similar lines to the original i-plan, but with full screen capability. At the click of a button the 360 image fills the users whole screen to give an amazing view of the property.

More and more agents are now taking a pro-active approach to property marketing and realising the benefits that virtual tours can offer. Imagine being able to save vast amounts of time and money on wasted viewing's by knowing that your prospective buyers have already looked at and short listed the property before contacting you.

We also offer a producing service from simple black/white outline plans to something more elaborate such as this example. We can work from rough sketches made by you, or visit the property, measure and produce the floorplan which can be used in your printed brochures, website or pdf download.
